Asia Argento and Ashton Whitty

Ashton Blaise Whitty is an American actress born in Berkeley on October 1, 1995. She is most famous for her acting appearing on screen in Choices (2011), The Heart and Other Small Shapes (2004) as well as Chrissie Mair's Content House.

Asia Argento grew up in Rome Italy. Her family is comprised of actors, and she herself has been working in both fields. Aged nine, Asia made her film debut with Sergio Citti in Sogni e bisogni. Asia began directing in 1994 when she made two short films: Prospettive (1996), an account of her father's life as well as Abel/Asia (1998) which was a documentary about cult filmmaker Abel Ferrara. The latter won an award from the Rome Film Festival. Asia made her debut as a feature-length director with Scarlet Diva (2000). In this film, she also starred and authored the screenplay.
